At Fitness Depot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the items in their original boxes, including all manuals and accessories, and attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for larger strength training equipment.

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchanged items within 5-7 business days.
