Loop the Chin-up Bar Anchor around and through the anchor on your Chin-up bar(sold separately) as many times as needed to obtain the desired height, then thread the rubber resistance tubes and stretch bands through the loop, or attach a resistance trainer and you are ready for your workout routine.
